Question:

I installed a newer version on mozilla firefox and now adobe reader wont work. what is wrong with my computer?

well i think it's a newer version. well first of all something happened to my firefox. i couldn't get into my e mails and yahoo answers looked different. as if not yet finished. so then i uninstalled firefox. downloaded firefox on internet explorer, then installed it again. now i can get into my e mails but when i try open things off the net that require adobe it doesn't work. and the stuff i am trying to open is for university so please help! on the older version of firefox i used to be able to open the university file but now i cant.

should i just download adobe reader again?

  1. Reinstall Adobe.  Firefox doesn't always find the browser add ons that were previously installed.


  2. Ok Firefox 2.0 had a lot of bugs in it. Since the initial release they have fixed a lot of the issues. so try to run an update for firefox and this should fix a lot of your issues.

    When you where checking your web based e-mail like MSN or yahoo was the browser crashing a lot ? I had the same problem then I updated my 2.0 version and all my issues where fixed.

    On your firefox go up to where it says HELP then click CHECK FOR UPDATES.
