I installed the 3.95 software update for psp and its not working properly, how can i remove it..?

How is it not working properly?  The firmware update should run fine unless you interrupted power during the update.  Try doing the update again to see if it takes.

There is no way to downgrade or uninstall update 3.95 unless you have access to a Pandora's battery or some other way to put your PSP into service mode.  You might have to wait until the next firmware upgrade and then update to that one and hope your troubles clear up.  Good luck.
