I intend to travel to Hongkong-Shanghai-Beijing at Christmas-New year season.

Question

Will it be difficult for me to travel at such time (getting city tour, flight, hotel, The climate, closed public place due to holiday, etc ?)

No need to worry about Hong Kong, everything is opened (shops & restaurants), esp. X'mas, they have a longer opening hours than usual. The main public transports run 24 hours on 24 Dec & 31 Dec!

For the weather, usually around 15 degrees, pretty warm.

Chinese New Year is in February/end of January. Many Chinese students are going home to China for xmas because of the long holiday in western countries.  Beijing is very cold in the winter, and you are traveling from a tropical area to a very cold area so packing is going to be challenging !  I have seen it hit about -45 C in Beijing and Dalian in the winter, too cold to even walk two blocks in the city.

I don't think you will have a problem.  Tourism tends to spool down during those holidays.  I would comment that Beijing will be cold at that time of year so touring will not be comfortable.
