I interviewed 4 people I want to hire the 2nd one should I wait a few days to call or call the same day?

There's no harm in calling now, so just do it. When people look for jobs, they don't just apply at one place...if you don't call now you could lose him/her.

You might be competing with other potential employers.  The one you want is likely to be wanted by others as well. If you wait, you could lose him/her to someone else.
