I invited members and they didn't receive invite?

Question

I invited members to an artist group I started on eBay and now here and they didn't receive the invite.

I then sent them a link to the group in hopes that they could join themselves and they weren't allow to do that because the group is by invitation only.

I used the invite members platform and not the add members.

Has this area been a little slow lately or am I missing something?

depending on their e-mail server, they wont get it. some servers see them as spam and block them.

if your group is closed/ invite only, you're limited. if it is not, try sending the URL of the group directly to them via your own mail, which wont be seen as spam, they click on the link and it takes them to the group where they can click the tab upper right corner Join This Group
