  1. Yes, as long as she's a minor, she has to follow her parent's instructions and her parents have the right to tell her who she can and can't see.

  2. Provided there is just cause for doing so...  But whats wrong with a 19 yo dating a 17 yo?????????

  3. Mom can but if the girl leaveshome then she can do what she wants.

    BUT

Mom cannot come around thier place and they cannot come around her place. The girl can but the BF can't

  4. when she gets legal the girl can drop it i think call a lawyer

  5. When it comes to legalities, every state is different.  It depends on where you live, I would believe.  I know that at

17 1/2 if the girl wants to leave home, there's nothing the parents can do...but that may just apply to my area/state.  If she's turning 18 in 3 months I would think her mother would back down a little bit because there won't be much she can do after that, why would she want to ruin her relationship with her daughter?  From what I've seen, there are very few parents who like the people their children date or marry, but it's something those parents have to deal with.  I say don't worry about it, the mother will have to get over it sooner or later.  As long as your brother isn't out on killing sprees or selling drugs to 2nd graders, things will be okay

  6. What kind of car does he drive?
