Well, that would depend how far along you are in puberty. If you're not getting any sperm at all, then that part of your body is still 'in development' so don't worry about it; just enjoy jacking off till it happens. It doesn't alter your pleasurable feelings when masturbating; and in fact, you can teach yourself how to have better orgasms.

When you say you can't produce sperm, I  presume you mean that when you m********e, you don't ejaculate i.e. nothing comes out? That's fine - it just means your body isn't ready to ejaculate yet; when it's ready, you will! Lots of boys are like this. I started masturbating when I was 10, and didn't ejaculate until I was 14.

I think what your saying is that when you m********e you do not ejaculate, which is normal, it just means you haven't gotten to that point in puberty in which your body is able to ejaculate.
