I joined ERP recently,here we work as a team..i am new to this field ..one of my colleagues who is senior to me and has a good say in the company is behaving very indifferently and showing cold behaviour..he is arrogant in front of client and shouts..i have to learn as i am new to this field..How shud i behave

don't let him talk to you that way. don't try to be the hero for the client either. just take care of yourself and await your turn to move on up the ladder. one day you may be his boss then you can get rid of him. gl.
