If that is the name of the group:Go to the group's  site, click on edit membership along the top.  In the next window scroll down and tick leave group Click save changes and you should be out.  It may take a day to take effect.

go to the group webpage and edit your membership there, theres a leave this group button there

Tick off all the other members of the group so that they leave and then you can make the group what you want.
