  1. Go to your group profile and stop it or change to a daily summary.

  2. Go to the group, click edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and untick where it says individual email then you can tick pick up your mesages at the site, receive a daily digest or no email. Click save changes.

  3. Easy one, just log into yahoo, then go to the group you are subscribed and then you have two options:

find the edit membership link somewhere close to the top left corner of the page, and search for the no e-mail check box.

The other option is to unsubscribe from the group in the same "edit membership" page or by locating the unsubscribe e-mail address at the bottom of the main page of the group and then sending a blank e-mail to it.

to avoid this annoying situation in the future, try to NEVER use your e-mail address to subscribe to ANY forum, blog, group, add or whatever www place that you are "just trying".

I know that everywhere they ask you for a valid e-mail address, but what you dont know is that  there are plenty of places that can provide you a free disposable e-mail address with no need to input any personal info. try something like www.10minutemail.com you will fall in love with it.

    I hope I help
