I joined a freecycle group over a year ago.

Question

I have stupidly forgotten both my username and password - do I have to unsubscribe and start all over again ? or can I have Both sent to me at my email address. Thanks

if you do forget your username and your password, I suggest that you contact your group owner on this issue and at least ask for your Yahoo! ID associated with the group. For your group owner to recognize you, just give your email address. If you do have your username already you can simply get the password by clickng on "Forgot password" upon signing in to your group. To contact the group owner, send the message to : name of your [e-mail].

If the owner won't reply, try sending it to the moderator to: [e-mail].

If none of them would respond, try joining the group again.
