I joined a group in yahoo(apart from this one), and my real name is shown!I've tried to edit it, but its not

A group I joined has shown my real name when I didn't ask them to. I've tried to go to edit profile, but I can't find how to change it. I'm not happy at all !

when you're signed in and at your profile, there's a edit profile tab a the top- remove real name and nick name area's from that- you can access your profile via the Y Messenger- or off a group

also go to your account, and if you placed your full name there, edit it out. your account can be located also via the Y Messenger or very very top of a group you're signed into

Always remember to click save- save changes
