I jus got a 1200 watt sony Explode amp and 2 1000 watt boss audio subwoofers. is this gona be a good hook up?

Ive had a few people say that boss audio is like a knock off brand and an Explode amp will blow them up if i have the amp bass all the way up so I'm looking for some feedback to see if its true and what i can do to prevent it.

dnt turn da bass on ur deck and on ur amp all da way up and u wont blow them

I say, get rid of that amp and thoes subs their complete garbage ive seen so many of thoes sony amps catch fire and not because they were installed wrong just because..well...they suck. to prevent any subs blowing out spend a few bucks more and get a higher end sub and a higher end amp the cost is a little more but the durability and the sound produced is so much better
