I just 'accidently' shook up my CAN (not bottle) of coke...?

and I'm afraid it might squirt me. How can I prevent it from squirting me but still shake it up before I drink it?

Yes, tap the can with a couple fingers. If you are really worried about spilling, let the can set unmoved overnight in the fridge. The best thing you can do is wait it out , get a new can, or tap you finger on the top. Hope this helped!

Tap the top of the can with 2 fingers..It sounds silly but it works..And open slowly..
