I just accidentally deleted all my outlook contacts... help!?

Question

I wanted to move all the contacts from one folder to another, so I copied them all to the new folder then went to the old folder and did an advanced search in outlook, found all the contacts and deleted, thinking I was only searching in the folder I didn't want them in.

They're gone! I need them for work,,, they're not in the recycle bin... what to do? Please tell me there's a way to recover them? x

if ther not in the recycle bin they'v got to be somewer, maybe ther just in another local disk? but if it isn't then you need to download a program something like file recover and i think its free to download.....but i'm not sure if it works
