Question:

I just ate 6" Subway's Spicy Italian Sub for lunch...?

I asked for Chicken Teriyaki but they said it cost 7 dollars because it is no longer in the 5 dollar foot long menu. So without thinking, I just got the one that looked the best. The Spicy Italian. Now, this sub is not 6 grams of fat or less. Did I just ruin my whole diet I was on? I went to subway for lunch because I didn't have any healthy food to make for lunch. I thought this wouldn't matter because Subway have healthy subs. Now, am I going to die? It was good, but I was mad because healthy good ain't suppose to taste so good. Well I looked on the Nutrition and it said it has 480 calories. What do I do now? Do I skip dinner? Do I eat less? OMG I am so mad.

  1. umm well mybe but u cant worry about how much u eat its exercising ..

    and anyways if u havent been eating and bad foods then its okay to treat urself to some subway for lunch :)) LOOL  


  2. well the 6in spicy italian has 25 grams of fat vs. 6 grams for the Teriyaki so today you are probably over done, so have a lite dinner & go from here.

  4. No, you don't skip dinner just eat something super light for dinner like grilled chicken w/ a veggie or some salmon w/ a sweet potato

    You will be fine and after dinner take a walk

    Oh and PS healthy can taste good  

  5. wow, you're freaking out over 1 sandwich. First of all relax, and the fact that you think you are going to die is also a bit crazy. Eating 1 thing that is out of the ordinary for your diet will not s***w anything up in your diet. If you were to eat 10 of those subs, than yes you'd have a problem. Just continue with your diet and exercise and don't starve yourself like most people do when trying to lose weight.

  6. Don't worry it's not like you ate a baconator from Wendy's or something.  Just exercise a bit more one day to burn off the extra calories you ate.  

  7. it's okay..480 cal is not that much,,a normal man need 2000 cal everyday...you are not even close,,,sub way is healthy,,even they are high in calories,, they are loaded with nutrients and they are good for you...it's not like eating a bag of french fry...eat normal for dinner.. don't skipp it,,,,
