I asked for Chicken Teriyaki but they said it cost 7 dollars because it is no longer in the 5 dollar foot long menu. So without thinking, I just got the one that looked the best. The Spicy Italian. Now, this sub is not 6 grams of fat or less. Did I just ruin my whole diet I was on? I went to subway for lunch because I didn't have any healthy food to make for lunch. I thought this wouldn't matter because Subway have healthy subs. Now, am I going to die? It was good, but I was mad because healthy good ain't suppose to taste so good. Well I looked on the Nutrition and it said it has 480 calories. What do I do now? Do I skip dinner? Do I eat less? OMG I am so mad.
