What is the best thing to eat/drink to cool my tongue down?

  2. i cant believe you people eat KFC! have you never heard of the horror stories of the way they treat the chickens? that in itself makes me avoid eating that c**p!

  4. lol i had it too! But i demanded to have just the rod without the burger....I didn't realise that it is supposedly not enough to fill u up.  Since i kicked up the fuss they gave me two rods, chips and a drink. It was so filling I couldn't imagine having a burger too!!

    To cool down just drink lots of coke! good luck!

    Water doesnt help as chillies contain oil, so the water rolls rut of the tounge

  10. Have some Yogurt or a few slices of cucumber, either one will cool your tongue off =)

  22. Eat bread. Bread soaks up spice. It's one of my tried and tested methods that I use a lot because I like spicy food but sometimes go a bit too far when I add curry power to cooking or order something that turns out to be spicier than I expected at restaurants lol.

  24. Eat some yoghurt or have a nice cold glass of milk. I think that will work. Try the yoghurt first though, I think it might work better as it is cold and thicker than milk. I hope I helped.
