I just ate a loaf of white bread ,is that bad ? how do i burn it off?

  1. a whole loaf of anything is bad.  But if you have to eat a whole loaf, try wheat bread instead.  Good luck.


  2. It's not great.  But don't worry about it.  You don't need to burn it off.  One day does not make any difference in the overall scheme of things.  Just eat better tomorrow and move on.

  3. yes, it  is kind of bad to eat a whole loaf of bread. do lots of cardio, like running, sports, swimming, even walking will help. you may also want 2 eat healthy 4 a couple of days. also drink lots of water. it helps lose weight.

  5. bread is one of the worst foods you could eat if you are dieting, i think it absorbs water and expands or something so you will need to do allot of exercise, do you have green tea? if so i recommend you drink a mug of LEAK green tea (if its strong it tastes disgusting) and then doing some crunches
