I just ate expired soy yogurt.. will i get sick?

Question

I just ate some of a cup of soy yogurt (O'Soy) and it tasted AWFUL and very very sour. The date was 8/19/08, so I thought it would be more than fine, but after a few bites I had to toss it. Has this happened to anyone before??

  It's alright, I'm a bit freaked out too, because I just ate expired ice cream! Eeeep, I hope we will both be ok! :S
