lately i've been on a diet so i've been eating less (okok, i know, diets arent good, just choose a healthy lifestyle.. same thing)

so this morning i accidentally cooked a lot of noodles, so i just ate it all.

during and after my meal and even now (3 hours after my meal) my stomach feels empty. i'm not HUNGRY, i'm in no real state actually. i feel like nothing.

does this happen to you?

why does my body do this?

  1. maybe you are tiered and your body wants to tell you that something is missing and that you need to sleep or to drink water or maybe you are bored and have free time and because you are on a diet you keep thinking of food try to do something use-full

  2. I remember in health class that noodles don't have much nutritional value in them so there isn't much for your body to take from it, thus you don't feel as full as when you eat meat or broccoli.  I guess its kinda like being able to eat tons of Chinese food without feeling full, and not even noticing that you've gone through two platefuls.

If this helps any: just had some ramen noodles an hour ago, and I, too feel empty.
