I just bought Designer whey Protien and im wondering what is the best way to use it to get the most results? ?

Just need to know how many times to take a day? drink it before or after a workout? and what is the best way to drink it, meaning should i mix it with water or?

  1. pre workout: 20g in water

    post workout: 40g in water with oats


  2. Depends on what results you want. If you are trying to lean down, mix with water. If you are trying to bulk up, mix with milk and maybe some fruit. You should have a shake before and right after your workouts for maximum results. The amount per day depends on your current protein intake. You should figure out how much protein you eat per day that is NOT the shake. You should consume 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight that you want to weigh. For instance, if you weigh 150 but want to weigh 130, eat 130 grams of protein per day. If you weigh 150 and want to get up to 170, eat 170 grams of protein per day. Figure out how much protein you need to supplement with the shake by figuring out how much protein you eat with your other meals.
