I just bought ONKYO TX-SR505.Why no sound coming out from my right back surround speaker?

First, if you haven't already, double check your wiring.  If that's good, hook another speaker up to it and try different wire if possible.  Test the audio with system tools not a cd/dvd b/c not all dvds have sound set up for that.  If that doesn't work, well you just bought it, that's an obvious answer.
