I just bought a Canon HV20 DV Camcorder and was wondering what the best editing program is for this?

I'm not a movie maker or using this camcorder for huge projects, but just want to have an easy editing program to put home videos together.

You can start by using Windows Movie Maker to edit DV footage.  Once you're ready to move on to something more powerful you could try Vegas Movie Studio.  If you outgrow that (most people don't) you can move up to Vegas Pro, which is a prosumer level editor.
