I just bought a canon G9 and I want to get an external flash?

what are the other brands of ext flashes in the market besides canon (220ex is also a choice but cant bounce). I want a smallest ext flash as possible since G9 is also small. And I want an ext flash that can bounce.

Buy the Canon 430EX. It should work fine with your G9 and it has bounce flash and it swivels.

Have you thought about Vivitar? I own a flash made by this brand, and it works well. They will probably make a compatible flash for the Canon system.
