I just bought a house that has an alarm and how do I reset the password?

This is a 'Range' home alarm system, model# Claddx 8006. I could not able to find the local supplier nor the manual book from the previous owner. Appreciate your help and advise.

There should be a 1-800 number on the unit that you can call. If there is not you should either get in touch with the previous owner or you can call your local police station (non emergency number) and ask if they have contact information for the company that monitors the unit or for the manufacturer.
