  1. Yes. Don't let them try to talk you out of it!!! Then it is considered false advertisement.

  2. No.  The contract begins when you offer them money for it, and they accept it.  If they say 'sorry the price is wrong - it really should have been x*x', then x*x is the price you have to pay, if you still want it.  They don't have to honor a wrong price.

  3. They don't have to honor it but ethically they should and I would be really surprised if they dont. Just yack their ear up a tree till they cave in. I know a few years back travelocity made a mistake with $59 roundtrip airfare from Los Angelas to Fiji and they honored it because its the right thing to do. Good Luck

  4. Yes, if you've already paid for it, they have to honor it. They can cancel your order, but they would have to let you know that and tell you why. It's happened a couple times to some online retailers that I know of. But they should honored their price and your order.

  5. Yes.

  6. 100% Just call their 800 number or a number for complaints. They will honor it if you say something. You don't need a law for something like this. Deal with Sears.

  7. ethicaly yes but they also have the right to withdraw the item from sale good luck
