I just bought a netgear router and cant find the account name,domain name, login and password?

Do you already have a broadband account with a modem in place?

Did the router come with an install CD?

Did you install it before you connected the router?

call your broadband company support line if you dont remember your username and password.

Otherwise read the booklet provided in your router and every router is assigned to an ip address like 192.168.1.1 and has user name and password (it will be in the booklet) to let you set up your router.

That will not come with the router, it comes with the service provider. e.g aol, Blueyonder,bt

Think of that info as a simcard given to you by Orange or Vodafone, the service provider.

You need to sign up for the internet with a service provider, it is not free.
