  1. The battery should be OK if you have a kick start, electric start may drain it quick, take the bike for a run in daylight without lights to finish charging the battery. I have run plenty of bikes with partially charged batteries as most small battery chargers will not fully charge a battery quickly. The best way to charge a battery is using the bikes charging circuit providing the alternator is working fine, just avoid too much heavy usage for the first few weeks with a new battery.

New bike batteries generally come with a two year guarantee so if you get any problems contact the supplier.

        Hope this helps

  2. You can, but it's always best to fully charge a new battery... it will last longer.

  3. Yes. By running your bike for a descent length of time it should charge up and keep to a safe level. Go on a trip for say a half an hour or more.

  4. you should be ok, and once your engine is running, it will complete the charge for you.
