pretty much anything that you want, depending on how much money you have and are willing to spend. you can upgrade:

1) suspension (shocks/struts, lowering kit, sway/strut bar)

2) engine (turbo, header, cat-back/axleback exhaust, pulley's, nos)

3) exterior (front top and bottom grille, door kits, LED's outside the vehicle, doorsills, rims, tint)

4) interior (sub woofer, tv's, racing seats, custom colored seats, etc)

there are a lot of things you can do to your scion, it's pretty much just limited by your funds and imagination. if you have enough money, pretty much anything is possible to do. if you want cheap mods, i suggest suspension, pulley kit, exhaust, tint and rims.)
