I just bought a sony ericson walkman and i cant figure out how to add songs to it, i have the usb cable?

and ive tried going to my computer. whenever i try, it tells me that no target device was found, and to insert a memory stick or to connect with a usb cable. please help!

Is there a memory card in the phone

if there isnt out one then just plug a usb to your pc and your done
