I just bought a t-mobile phone t229. on august 11th . the problem is that i cant send or recieve text. ?

with anyone who has sprint . i have unlimited texting customer service tried several things with troubleshooting. i took it back to the store where i purchased it and they gave a a new sim card but still cant text with sprint customers. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT TO DO NEXT OR WHAT COULD BE WRONG? i am going back to t-mobile today

  1. It may be that provisioning of SMS is wrong on your account. You would have to call customer care for that.
