I just bought a vista & internet explorer keeps popping up?

like, every now & again a million internet explorers will just start popping up out of no where? & it doesn't stop unless i restart. how do i stop this? what's causing it?

    I use that program.It works very well.

    Block pop-up ads and remove spyware .

  3. There may be a spyware or virus on your PC. If you have an antivirus program, do a scan. Then do an antispyware scan.

    If not you can get them for free at www.download.com

    For antivirus i recommend Avast

    For antispyware I recommend Ad-Aware
