I just bought an Item on Ebay ..... PLEASE HELP!?

I just bought an item on ebay (I have to send it to him he sendsit back to me) . I need a proof of puchase i don't know what he means. What do I need to send with the Item?

If you bought the item, why are you sending it to him for himto send it back to you? The way you have worded your question you are saying you paid someone else for something you already own, and you're sending it to him, in addition to payment for it, so he can send it back.

Seems to me you should have just kept it to begin with.

If you paid for the item then you need to show your proof that you paid...in other words proof of purchase. How did you pay? Paypal? go to your account and open the transaction and find/click the button that says "View Printable Receipt".

Then you can mail it with the item you're sending to him so that he can send it back. (whatever!)

If you used a money order, send a photocopy of your half of the money order, if you kept it.

Check? Send a copy of the personal check.

Or just keep the item since he's just going to send it back to you anyway. At least you'll save the shipping charge!!!

For proof of purchase

1.  Ebay will send you a confermation to the email address that you signed up with.

2. If you used a credit card you can get it from you credit card company.

3. If you used paypal they have a record of every purchase you've made with them.

You could send him the barcode, or reciept for your item. A proof of purchase is just a paper/reciept type thing that says that YOU bought the item. If you don't have your reciepit, or didn't get one, .. you can print the e-mail you got from ebay. (If you still have it)

eBay will usually send you a receipt confirming your sale. You will get one as soon as you have won the auciton, and have paid for the product. If you filled out all your purchase methods, you get a receipt.

Just send him the eMail, that's your proof of purchase.
