when are you releasing the clutch. your probably stalling it, clutch go into gear, then release it slowly but not to slowly, and make sure you throttle it at about a quarter

you might not be applying enough gas, or your releasing the clutch to fast.

are you applying any gas while letting out the clutch?

all bikes will die when you let out the clutch if you do not give it any gas......
