I just bought an r7 m4a1 airsoft gun but it doesn't work?

Question

I charged the battery for like 1/2 hours, and when i try to shoot the gun, the only thing I hear is a click.

Does that have to do with the battery or the gun? Is there anything I can do to try to fix it other than sending it back?

You have to charge t for 6hrs for it to work....

I asume you have an 1100mah 8.6v bat....

It take about 6hrs to charge it using the stock charger that came w/ the gun....
