I just bought an used Yamaha TTR-125 dirt bike.?

I just bought an used Yamaha TTR-125 dirt bike.

Bike was running fine, all of a sudden it does not start using the electric start or the manual kick.

Battery is new and oil changed done recently also a new spark plug is put in. Please advise what cause the issue and how to resolve it.

If all else failed, push start it.  It is only a 125, you may want to clean out the carb if its been sitting for a long time.

ok first what u want to is find a hill then go down it will u  hold the cluch in and  put it in FIRST keep giving it gas till it starts if that doesnt work have a friend push u will u do the same thing ok

clean the plug and try again with the kick if the battery is dead,

if that works - you need to do some carb tuning, if not it

could be a wiring problem - make sure you are getting good spark to the plug

my friend had the same problem with the same kind of bike. they started it by jump starting it with his truck. but you might want to drain the gas and refill it in case its been sitting a while
