I just bought like 4 half gallon cartons of orange juice that expires tomorrow.?

How long after it expires can I still drink it? Thanks.

Technically it is not an Expiration date but a better sell by date.  If you have it in the fridge and don't open it it should last for @ least a week or two after whatever the date is.  Worst case scenario it it starts to ferment and gets fizzy and i like it like that sometimes,  but when it is like that you Need to drink it quick or it will go rancid.

the date is more about Quality then Safety.  

i would not mind drinking it if it is only a few days over and if it tastes fine.  however, i would not give it to my children

the date on the bottle is the date they need to stop selling it its good for a week after you get them :}

Expiration dates are more about the quality of food than the safety of food, and even when perishables start to sour, it doesn't mean they will harm you if you eat them.  Orange juice will start to taste bad when it goes bad.

Maybe, a few days, your best bet, is to freeze at least two of em!!

few days tops! was it on sale??  they always lower price when it about to expire.bring back to store with receipt and exchange for new ones

Just drink it until it starts to taste a lil tart and tangy, thats how u can tell when orange juice goes bad. Dont go too far past the date though

You can either return it or start drinking, it will go bad on you and it will have a bitter taste to it.
