Ok I am talking about it being outside in the rain, not him riding it in the rain.

  1. I am afraid not because it is battery opperated and the batteries could fry or the thing inside could fry too.

  2. No

Because the Rain water will get into the battery compartment and it will not work if it gets too wet.  I would bring it inside

  3. NO. Water, electricity, plastic, and a toddler? They always seem to find a way to endanger themselves.

I recall a 4-year-old with a "big wheel" and he found a way to rip his toe nail off and crush his big toe on a sunny, summer day. Don't chance it.  The fact you have a question in you mind about is enough to say, no.

  4. Yeah! Safe but not smart. I don't know of anyone getting electrocuted by a defective 3 volt battery powered car.

  5. no its not

  6. I am a mother of 4 and we have 2 power wheels in our household. I usually take the batteries out before coming in the house. The bike itself is safe to be left out in the sun and rain. The battery not so much.
