I just bought something off ebay, but I don't want it anymore??

I just bought something off ebay (shoes) but after i paid for them I realized that I don't want them, I checked my account online and they still haven't taken out money, what can I do?

You can try and message the person who sold the shoes to you and ask them if they have someone else who wants them. Or sell them on Ebay.

If your bid was the winning bid, the item is now yours and you must abide by the seller's terms.  When you win a bid, you've entered into a contract with the seller.

You can TRY emailing the seller immediately and explain the situation, and you might get lucky to get an understanding seller. Next time, make sure you fully understand the item and want it before bidding.  You may get slapped with a nonpayment notice, which is very bad.

contact them. see if they'll let you out of it. otherwise you're stuck with them, sorry. you could sell them on ebay though...

beg the seller to cancel the item, just hope he ain't a jerk

try emailing the seller. You might have to still pay the ebay fee. If you still have to buy the shoes just sell them back on ebay

nothing.. .if you don't pay you are a non paying bidder and after a few of those you are banned from ebay for life.    

Sellers pay money to run ads and your bid takes away from their ability to sell the item even if relisted it doesn't look as good.

ALso there is a contract you contracted to buy them.. I suggest that when you receive them you relist them and try to resell even if it costs you.

Contact them & be really apologetic. It might be okay. If not you could sell them on ebay once they arrive. :)

Contact the seller.  Explain it.  I would not tell it as you did here, because he or she is under no obligation to let you out of the sale.  Good luck.
