as unless someone outbids you then you are required to purchase the item [it is a contract]

well, after you by it, you go to your e-mail, and you'll have an envoice stating what you just bought. Some sellers let you know they sent it, some don't..you can always contact the seller to ask any question you may have...before buying anything on e-bay...always read everything...to the smallest print...Also check feedback, thats that number next to the sellers name, it will give you a list of people who bought from this person...it leave neg, and pos...
