I havent even signed up for a paypal account...i just bought the item and that was it!! i thought paypal was free to customers, and the service fees were charged to the seller NOT the buyer. i emailed the seller and she said she didnt know where they came from, she said that maybe paypal charged me for creating a new paypal account (which i didnt do). she said shes 100% sure the charges arent from her...I ask, if paypal is free for customers, than why am i getting charged these fees? shouldnt the seller be the one getting charged? isnt the seller the one with the power to stick the charges (which they are required to pay_terms and conditions) onto me? thanks please help, i dont wanna get scammed by this lady

  1. PayPal does not charge the buyer any fees.   The seller is charged but not the buyer.

To use PayPal... you must set up an account.   You cannot use paypal if you don't have an account.

You need to contact paypal about this they can refund the difference to you.

If you donot have a paypal account you cannot be charged any fees they withdrawal payments from a bank account or charge card account.

I bet you are reading something incorrect.   Go back and read again... if its there contaact ebay and paypal to fix the problem.
