I just bought surround sound for my computer. I need suggestions to listen to.?

Hi I would try using Winamp for music and as far as movies they pretty much all support Dolby Digital for your surround but do a speaker test to make sure sound is coming out of the speakers...Windows has an issue with putting your 5.1 speakers back to Desktop speakers, so you dont get the full experience.

Dude she asked for listening and watching selections, not a geek out. Try Money by Pink Floyd for your music selection, the change chinging sound will hit the surrounds&it has a good bass line. As for movies there are way to many choices to go with here. The Matrix lobby scene and the initial race scene from the orginal Fast and the Furious are my personal favs when I do installs for customers. There is crazy bullet action to all speakers and again a good bass line. And the FandtheF race scene just has sick sound all around effects.  Check those out for starters, you wont be dissapointed.
