I just bought the 3 Ballerina Tea, how much should I drink per day, per week? Any advise please.

I just bought the 3 Ballerina Tea since I haven't been regular on going to the restroom. I was wondering how many cups I should drink and what time I should drink it. Any advice on this would really help out.

As it is a senna based laxative I would not use it more than 2 days in a row.  Drink 3 cups first thing in the morning and lots and lots of water after that .  Dehydration is a major cause of constipation
