not for playing games but fast for normal emailing, downloading etc.

It's decent laptop.  Gaming won't be great, you can do it. Just don't expect to run games on highest settings. Otherwise, it's a solid purchase.

Yes it is a good buy for that price.

Your computer is fast and has plenty of memory, plus a good hhd.

pretty weak, dont expect to play anything on it, and it will be slow with those specs and vista on it
