I just bought used car from a dealership, am I supposed to get a title from them?

Do I get the title from the dealership or do I get it from the DMV when I register my car? I live in Nebraska, btw.

I bought the car from a dealership, and I am making payments.

  title will be sent to finance company--  you'll only see it when the car is paid

Your bank gets the title because technically your bank owns it. Once you pay it off the title will come in your name. Take the paperwork from the dealership to the DMV and they'll get you your tags.
