I just called microsoft and they sent me a label but not a box do i provide my own box?

i would call microsoft back and find out if you can use your own box. they might hold you liable for damages during shipping if it wasn't packaged right. they sent me a box and special packing material when i had to send mine. oh yeah, don't forget to write down the tracking number on the shipping label, that is how you can keep track of your stuff!

yup just means they are out of boxes actually. my next door neighbor got a box when his broke then like a week later mine broke and got now box and i just used my own.

Yes most of the time when you talk to them they will ask you about how you want to handle the shipping but most will assume if you don't ask for a box that you will provide your own unless you specifically request it or the person assisting you brings it up like they should

Microsoft is cheap most the time and requests there employees NON to offer up all there free servescs to save money

when you take it to the post offices they should have a box or package bublewrap bag you can use to ship it in if you dont have one of your own
