I just came back from Spain where I ate "trigo". Does anyone know where I can get it in NYC?

I only know that it is a kind of wheat and it looks like large barley.

  1. I think what you're talking about is called Emmer wheat in the US. Try asking for that.


  2. Actually from what I can find trigo is an import to Spain from Argentina so you are looking for a South American restaurant not a Spanish.  Sorry that is the best I can come up with unless you have a specific dish it was made in?????
