  1. Troll tongue sandwiches with troll tripe soup...yummy.

  2. put him in a nice Stone Soup.

  3. ur a freak.

  4. oooh make a Confit out of him....i hear troll lard is exquisite in flavor and texture....but dont use his testicles as troll testes are delicious but highly poisonous!!  You dont want you're best meal to be you're last!  Don't forget to spread you're bread with "I can't Believe Its Not Ogre"

  5. first off they bite so youre going to want to wack it with a heavy rolling pin a few times.

.they cuss up a storm so you want to soak him in brine to get the bitterness out.

Gut him butterfly style and rub rib cage with lemon , garlic then stuff with sage thyme and stag horn sumac leaves.

stitch him up and skewer ..over an open pit about 30 minutes or until vultures circle

  6. skin the hair off ! its a bit*h trying to get it outa your teeth!

  7. Make some TROLL-house cookies out of him.

    Or maybe a Trollipop.

  8. I would say you may want to try General Tso's Troll.  They call it chicken, but we all know it's troll.

  9. PASTA WITH TROLL AND ROASTED PEPPERS

    INGREDIENTS

    1 lb Shell Pasta

    1/2 onion, chopped

2 ounces sliced troll, (gnomes or dwarves may be substituted)

1/2 cup fire roasted red peppers, chopped

    1 cup chicken stock

    1 teaspoon sage

    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    4 tablespoons fresh italian parsley

    1 cup ricotta cheese, grated

1 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated

    1 cup mozzerella cheese, grated

    1 egg, beaten

    salt, pepper

Combine ricotta, 1/2 cup parmigiano cheese, egg, salt and

pepper in separate bowl for filling.

    Combine pasta and troll/pepper sauce.

In oven-proof casserole dish, layer 1/2 pasta mixture, the

ricotta filling, and the remainder of the pasta mixture.

Top with the mozzerella, the reamaining 1/2 cup parmigiano

    cheese, salt and pepper.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or so till golden brown and

    bubbly.

Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.

    Serves 4-8.

    Enjoy!

  10. Fava beans and a nice chianti?  ;)

  11. put him on a spit and roast him

  12. Their poor diet of psychiatric meds, junk food and Diet Coke can make them tough and gamey but properly prepared, troll can be yumm-o.

My Mom used to cook troll using the disgusting concoction that unimaginative cooks use: dried onion soup mix.

I prefer to slow roast Troll in a crock pot with BBQ sauce;  the BBQ sauce helps cover the gamey taste. Add some onions and potatoes and you got a meal.
