I just changed my display pic and used the one from my yahoo 360..?

It looks like you have not selected the option "Use my 360 Picture" on "Edit My Profile" page on Yahoo Answers.

Yes, Sometimes, it takes a while and sometimes, the picture is displayed only our Profile page but on the Questions or Answers page.
