I just connected an S-cable from my PC to my TV....?

How come there is no sound on my TV? Is there anything I can do to convert the sound from my computer to my TV? Thanks for any help!

  1. If your TV takes S-video, you might also have left and right audio inputs (red and white "RCA" connectors) for playing a VCR through your TV speakers. Use the same kind of cable you would use for connecting a PC to a stereo system... a mini headphone plug on one end, leading to a pair of RCA connectors on the other.


  2. S-video is only for video signals.For sound use the PC speakers!
